This is the customer privacy policy of STYLE NA HAIR BY PROTRIM. It discloses how we collect, store, and handle the Personal Data of our customers and visitors to any websites and apps owned and operated by Style Na.
Style Na may update this privacy policy from time to time by publishing the amended version on our websites. This privacy policy applies to the personal information we hold about individuals. We will use your personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and all other current data protection laws in Singapore, and this Privacy Policy.

All personal data and information collected by Style Na from our customers will be respected and safeguarded. The purpose of collecting this information and data is to improve our personalized service and experience with each customer.

  • Type of service, stylist and outlet selection

  • Personal Data provided by you, such as comments, queries, or messages that you may submit to us in whatever manner

  • Online browsing on the Style Na website/apps/CRM and enquiries sent to us (including via social media) may enable information to be collected through cookies.
  • Mobile app usage may store personal data for login.

• Authorized employees of Style Na may access your data.
• Your personal data may be used by our third-party providers, including:

  • Providers who assist us in providing IT support such as hosting services, maintenance, and support services on our websites and apps
  • Providers who may perform analysis on the usage of our website and apps

Our website may contain links to other websites outside of Style Na’s websites and apps, such as payment gateways and social logins of our partner networks and affiliates. Upon redirection to any of these websites, Style Na’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are no longer applicable.

Our Privacy Policy only applies to our website and apps, and we are not responsible for the security, privacy policy, or manner in which other websites collect your Personal Data.

If a direct payment gateway is utilized to complete your purchase on our website, your credit card details may be stored only for the duration of time required to complete your purchase transaction.

Our Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to align with applicable government demands and standards requirements.

Refund Policy

We Promise
Every service we provide for our customers is professionally and genuinely arranged with a qualified stylist. In the event of unsatisfactory results, we will strive to offer our customers a 10-day re-service.

However, there shall be strictly no refund/compensation from ProTrim after the service/packages/products are utilized by the customer.

Terms & Conditions
STYLE NA HAIR BY PROTRIM (“Style Na”, “STYLE NA HAIR BY PROTRIM” or “we”) requires that all visitors unconditionally agree to these policies, terms, and conditions.

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) before accessing or using our information, products, or services. By accessing Style Na’s website, apps, and social media platforms, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not accept all of these Terms, you may exit the site/app. These Terms serve as a binding contract (“Contract”) between you and Style Na.

The services Style Na provides are professionally and genuinely arranged by a qualified stylist. The performance of services may include, but is not limited to, relevant hands-on treatment, the use of material/device/equipment incidental to the performance of the treatment, and consultation in connection with the treatment.

As the results of services (such as hair treatment and head massage) depend, among other factors, on each individual customer’s health, mental condition, and personal preference, we do not guarantee a desired or consistent outcome for each treatment or service.

During the use of our services, when unsatisfactory instances arise, ProTrim will fulfill the duty of changing the stylist. However, if the unsatisfactory experience continues, ProTrim will arrange a re-service within 10 days as our final gesture of hospitality.

All packages from ProTrim have a 2-year expiry date from the date of purchase. Transfer of membership or service choice may be allowed upon agreement by both parties (you and ProTrim).

All services and packages purchased are not refundable. Please note that transfers are only applicable to another family member*.

Promotions

  • The first-visit promotion is valid for first-time customers only. If you claim the first-visit promotion more than once, we will request the balance payment that applies to the service received.
  • Student promotion is available Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays) and for students aged 21 and below (student ID/passport must be presented).
  • Multiple discounts are not available for promotional services or packages (e.g., package deduction, double discount with another promotion, voucher, or coupon).
  • Exception: Vouchers or gift cards issued by a shopping mall can be used with any Style Na promotion, package, or voucher.
  • All promotions/discounts will be restricted during the festive season (1 Jan to Chinese New Year), and resume after Chinese New Year.
  • Cashback credits earned through the mobile app can be redeemed at all ProTrim and Style Na outlets and are valid for 1 year.
  • Credits earned through the Friend Referral program can be used towards hair treatments costing $100 or more OR scalp treatments costing $150 or more. Credits can be redeemed on the same day or saved for future use. You may collect credits through multiple referrals and use them together in the future.
  • Credits can be redeemed in increments of $100. For example, if you want to use credits for $280 worth of treatment, you must use $300 worth of credits, and the remaining balance is non-refundable. Credits are valid for 1 year.

We reserve the right, at any time and from time to time, temporarily or permanently, in whole or in part, to revise, alter, postpone, discontinue, terminate, adjust, or delete promotions and related terms and conditions with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion. You are bound by the most updated version of the terms and conditions by participating in the promotion.

We have the right to final interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy. Our decision on all matters related to this shall be final and binding. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify registrants who do not meet the rules and regulations of any service/event/promotion/offer, including without limitation submissions with invalid, incomplete, or incorrect information.
